Brad & McCarson- A French Inspired Brunch

11/5/2016

This brunch wedding was utter enchantment. It was a chilly morning, but not too chilly. The feeling of autumn was still present with leaves and greenery ranging from greens to rustic oranges. Rain drops rolled in for the first part of the morning, creating a dark, yet warm vintage scene. Flickering flames on the candelabras kept begging to be relit. Then the sun came out and kissed the soon to be betrothed. A variety of wooden chairs sat with plush blankets thrown upon them. Stylist,  Elsa Jagneicki with Heirlooms Durango created a french inspired spread with tiered platters and antique plates. The delectable treats were made by Jenny Hirt at Durango Cakes. Flowers were intermingled in the scene, styled by Natalie at April's Garden. The guests and wedding party cupped hot, heart-warming beverages. The sweetest moments between McCarson and their dog, Timber, were shared before she walked down the garden aisle. Her wedding dress was made up of lace from Paris, designer Betty Schwartz Bozeman crafted her dress. There were a variety of musical blessings during the procession, so much love reverberating throughout The Rochester hotel garden. This was such a joyous day for all, each and every person celebrating the undeniable, all encompassing love and appreciation that Brad and McCarson have for one another.

Bob & Melissa- A Classic Strater Hotel Wedding

In the Historic Strater Hotel, built in 1887, Bob & Melissa said their vows to one another. Surrounded by friends and family, their words of love slipped sincerely off their tongues. With the Strater's vast collection of antiques, (deep mahogany, warm lighting, marble, florals textiles) it created such a feeling, as if we had traveled back to the late 1800's ourselves. The floral pieces were created by Colleen with Lila Floral Design. Melissa has a timeless beauty to her and we had the pleasure of shooting boudoir images in one of the Strater suites. Cheers to Bob & Melissa and your future together!

They hiked up into the mountains and said their vows then and there. For those that were not present for that day, a video was broadcasted at the reception. Friends and family teared up as they watched them say their "I do's." Complete with cupcakes, strung white ambient lights, a smore cart and family/friends, the romance in the air was undeniable. It was a wonderful gathering and we wish you well Rob & Krystal!

Outside of Silverton, their family and friends gathered on a rainy September day. Camp fires were roasting and umbrellas were a hot commodity. It was such a beautiful day... The rain dissipated for moments and then it was time for Andrea & Dan to say their vows.

A beautiful ceremony at James Ranch in Hermosa, CO. It was the sweetest day, complete with sunshine, torrential downpours, laughter and love. The guests were thrilled, the family wet with tears and the finest farm to table spread. Elsa, the owner of Heirlooms, created a home-style vintage spread with flowers displayed in mason jars. The lemon poppy-seed cake created by Kyra Bensik, was so charming. It sat along side fresh whipped cream and strawberries. The goats, Pip and Squeak were there every step of the way, nibbling on 3-leaf Sumac. We were so honored to be a part of the occasion!
